It is absolutely forbidden to park and "uncalled for driving" in the area
Remember to keep your speed down when you drive your car into the area
You may only drive the car into the area to load in and out of heavy goods approx. 5 minutes.
You must not drive the car in to pick up someone who can go to the garage.
It is important that you do not block emergency vehicles.

Parkering in the Garages
When moving into our houses began in 1970, there was a description from the board that those who park on the right side of the garage should drive in with the front of the car and the left side should back in, to get more space to get out of the car.
Back then, the cars were relatively narrow and it might not have mattered much how you parked. Nowadays the cars are significantly wider and it is more difficult to get out if the above rule is not followed.
You should discuss this with your garage mate.
