Warning - Suspicious activity in the garage area
Unknown persons has been seen in the garage areas looking like they are planning a break in. Check that your garage is locked. Call the police if you feel unsafe. The board will not be able to help you.
By just being present in the area the risk of burglary will decrease.

Stoppages in drains cost a lot money
In recent weeks, Milad andJukka (a thousand thanks for a great effort) have been doing sewage cleaning, Unfortunately they were allowed to bring in external help, which means a cost for us of approx. 8000:-

The biggest reason why drains get clogged is because cooking grease is poured into the sink and wet wipes are thrown down the toilet.
